The England Rugby PHICIS online learning platform was upgraded on 8th April 2024. If you registered on PHICIS prior to 8th April 2024, then you must first activate your user account before you can login. For added security, you will need to authenticate your email address, and re-enter your personal details and preferences.

Important! You must enter the email address that you previously registered with. Do not register with a different email address. This is to ensure that your academic records are kept intact.
